Troubleshooting
If you ever have an issue logging into your account dashboard, or cannot see your course listed under the ‘My courses’ tab, please do the following:
- Clear the cache on your browser. This is a straightforward procedure – if you are unsure, a quick search on google will provide instructions.
- Once you have cleared the cache (should take seconds), please ensure you log in using your most up to date password.
- Clearing the cache should solve the issue. If you need any further help, please email us at: info@sulislearning.co.uk.
NB: The above issue occurs due to the browser inputting old data. We recommend making a note of your most recent password. We also recommend clearing the cache if you change your password in the future.
